  • Juhan's 24 points pace EMCC women to 71-59 home win over Snead State

    The East Mississippi Community College Lions posted a basketball doubleheader sweep Monday night at Keyes T. Currie Coliseum in their final home hoops action before the Thanksgiving holiday break.  The EMCC women claimed a 71-59 win over Snead State Community College, while the Lions completed the sweep with a commanding 122-63 victory over Royal Ambassadors Christian School in the men’s nightcap.
  • EMCC women drop 85-76 home decision to East Central

    Sophomore guard Keith Harris scored 15 points during a four-minute, second-half stretch to ignite East Mississippi Community College’s 65-58 comeback victory over East Central Community College during Thursday night MACJC basketball action at EMCC’s Keyes T. Currie Coliseum.  The ECCC Lady Warriors claimed the women’s contest with an 85-76 win in the opening game.
  • EMCC women fall 58-48 at Meridian CC in first road action

    In their first road action of the young season, the East Mississippi Community College basketball teams gained an MACJC doubleheader split against Meridian Community College Monday night at Graham Gymnasium.  Following the Lady Eagles’ 58-48 win over EMCC in the women’s game, the visiting Lions claimed a convincing 74-47 victory in the men’s nightcap.
  • Lady Lions claim season hoops opener over Tennessee Prep Academy

    The East Mississippi Community College basketball teams successfully tipped off their season with a home sweep over Tennessee Preparatory Academy Thursday evening at Keyes T. Currie Coliseum. Following a 29-13 final in a shortened women’s contest, the Lions completed the sweep with a 68-56 victory in the men’s nightcap.
  • EMCC women to tip off basketball season by hosting Tennessee Prep Academy

    East Mississippi Community College’s 2017-18 basketball season is set to tip off Thursday night with a home doubleheader against Tennessee Prep Academy.  A 5:30 p.m. women’s game will be followed by a 7:30 p.m. men’s contest at Keyes T. Currie Coliseum on the Scooba campus.
