East Mississippi Community College football tryouts slated for Wednesday, Feb. 20 on Scooba campus

SCOOBA – East Mississippi Community College will conduct open football tryouts for high school seniors on Wednesday, Feb. 20 on the Scooba campus.

Special teams registration for kickers, punters and snappers will begin at 10:30 a.m. at EMCC's Student Activities Building located across the street from the school's old football game field.  Registration for offensive and defensive players will get started at noon.

Interested high school players are encouraged to bring their own workout gear, cleats, towels, running shoes, high school transcript and personal highlight DVD for participation in EMCC's football tryouts.  Participants are also strongly encouraged to bring with them the completed EMCC football questionnaire that can be found on the school's athletics website at www.EMCCAthletics.com.
